Only twelve minutes west of Kerikeri, Brumar is the home of Bruce and Marguerite.

Only 10 minutes walk from downtown Russell, and just 50m from the family-oriented
naturist beach Waitata Bay; is the idyllic home of Antonio, Stefania and their three daughters; Anita,
Tosca and Indra. Their property runs a variety of animals and, along with their sizable vegetable garden,
their own water supply and a bio-cycle septic system; as a dedicated naturist family, they are almost
completely self-sufficient. But they still appreciate the company of like-minded families and visitors
to share their paradise. Three self-catered, hi-tech, eco-friendly accommodation units can sleep up to
ten persons.
Visitors can share a variety pursuits, such as fishing, kayaking, swimming, snorkelling; or perhaps
quiet, spiritual rejuvenation. And the attractive beach is not the only naturist option: there are also
secure scenic bush walks on the 25 ha property.
From Whangarei go approximately 45km south, over the Brynderwyn Hill, then turn west into SH 12 and go 10 km (2 km past Maungaturoto). Between November and April Richard & Carole Harris welcome naturists to their 11 acres of native bush, with walks down to the creek. The Lodge is set in beautiful grounds beside the Waihoahoa River in Waipu, just 6 km from Uretiti Beach, where a Jaybird rally is held each Naturist Week (in the DoC camp). Power is available for caravans and there is a motorhome dump station. There are rooms for rent, and the Lodge is available for private functions. There is a splash-pool, spa and sauna available.
