Last issue we forgot to wish Everyone a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year. Sorry about that. We will be first with best wishes for this year.
To the Committee and all Free Beachers:
First I would like to thank the committee for their support & help since the A.G.M. This has ben an interesting time for me in helping to promote the cause of clothing optional on all N.Z. beaches. A friend and I visited two nudist clubs during the open weekend. We saw four other free beachers, at the A.O.H.C. and the A.S.C. We were made welcome at both clubs.
On behalf of all the committee, I would like to wish you all a very Merry Xmas and a prosperous New Year.

Clive Green Sauna Night:
The Xmas party went well. A pity about the downpour. It kept some of the regulars away — perhaps they didn't want to get wet. It was good to see some new faces.
Xmas holiday.
It was nice to see the sun again after all the pre—Xmas rain. A number of people visited us at he beach. We caught a few fish, piped in the New Year, saw a bit of sunburn. All in all a good holiday.
We hear Bland Bay drew a few new members.
Now to tackle the jungle we used to call a garden.
Your attention please — Visits to Sun Clubs:
It is very important that we maintain good relationships with the various sun clubs to which we are affiliated. Membership of the F.B.G. does not give permission to barge into club grounds. Generally F.B.G. members will be welcomed as guests but, as you would — we hope — ring or write before visiting friends, especially if you were going to stay, so sun clubs expect the same courtesies from all visitors. If you want information about visiting requirements — write to the secretary. Please show your F.B.G. card as proof of membership if requested.
Raffle:
The N.Z. Nudist Federation is running a raffle, $10 per ticket — prize 10 days in New Caledonia for two including 7 days on M’Ba Island (Nudist Resort) plus fares, food, accommodation and $400 cash. Tickets are available by writing to the Auckland Sun Club, P.0. Box 15 412, New Lynn, Auckland; AT ONCE (include $10 per ticket) and a stamped addressed envelope.

A.O.H.C. Fun day & barbecue:
You are invited to the A.O.H.C. at Ranui on Saturday 9th March at 3p.m. We can join their members in a swim, barbecue, games and whatever. BYO food and drink for the evening meal — barbecue and wood are on the site. If you want to camp overnight ring 833 9209 beforehand.
The grounds are normally locked, so we need to arrive together at 3p.m. Take the Lincoln Rd turnoff the motorway, turn right into Swanson Rd, go past Waitemata Rugby Park, turn left into Metcalf Rd, over the railway line and into Munroe Rd on your left. If you are coming return the above slip with $2 per family by 20th February. This is to cover expenses and a donation to A.O.H.C. etc. Come prepared to share in with games, films, photos etc. Ring your secretary, Alf 685 374 for further information.

Sharon & Barry we have name tags for you but have mislaid your order. Please let us know where you are so we can deliver your tags.
Club Outings:
Because of a number of requests it has been decided to hold some beach get togethers and barbecues at the local beaches. Bring your own food, drink,barbecue, friends etc.
We have included a number to ring early on each morning to check if the outing is still on or if the weather has caused the date to be changed.
